Chef Jodi Jenny was born in Jamaica and learned to cook Caribbean food from an early age, living in the UK for 7 years she brings the vibrancy and taste of Jamaica with her!
Jodi joined the team at the White Horse Tilbrook in November 2009 and has been delivering great food right from the word go. Developing the traditional English Pub menu into a feast of home cooked delights. A range of handmade full pastry pies including, of course Steak and Ale, Grimsby Haddock hand coated in a homemade beer batter including homemade Tartar Sauce and many more dishes to many to mention are now to be joined with traditional Jamaican dishes such as Salt Fish Fritters, Jerk platters, Red Stripe Chicken and of course Curried Goat to provide a dinning sensation unlike any other place in Cambridgeshire.
