Richard and Caroline – The Landlord and Lady

Whilst we are relatively new to the pub game we have spent lot’s of years in retail environments where we have learnt that service and quality is everything. We are passionate about providing an environment that makes you happy and satisfied every time. You should always find a warm welcome at the White Horse, great service at the bar or at your tables and great food and drink – if you don’t we want to know about it so we can put things right so please tell us straight away. Richard is the loud one behind the bar and Caroline is the safe pair of hands front of house we look forward to seeing you very soon!

Jodi Jenny – The Chef

Mary Binks – Waitress and Garden Manager

Notice the name? Mary is the mother of Richard and whilst she is a relatively new full time member of the team, she has been instrumental to the success to date of the pub. Mary provides massive support to Richard and Caroline and works harder than she should, you will find her waiting on tables or in the garden where she is responsible for making the pub look great. Mary really has got Green Fingers!

Alan Binks – Bar Man, Handy Man and Super Man!

Again notice the name? Father of Richarrd he is always on hand to do everything from working the bar to cleaning the loo’s and the chicken shed. Again involved from the start Alan is someone who will do most things to make sure the pub runs smoothly.

Kate and Grace - waitresses

Kate and Grace are the smiley ones – they zip from table to table and back to and fro from the kitchen ensuring you get everything you want. They do have youth on their side though!
